Clarence Eugene Wilson

CLARENCE EUGENE WILSON, age 81, of New Market, TN and formerly of Kodak, TN passed away on July 16, 2013 at Jefferson Health and Rehab in Jefferson City. He was a member of McCampbell?s Chapel United Methodist Church in New Market. Clarence enjoyed farming and cherished his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Mildred Evelyn Wilson; his daughter, Donna Billington; his father and mother, Lloyd and Bessie Mae Wilson; as well as a sister, Joyce Wilson. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Monte and Kim Wilson of New Market; daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Scott Elkins of Knoxville, TN, Stephanie and Robert Pettit of Harrisonburg, VA; grandchildren, Jason D. Mills, Joshua D. Smith, Bethany Hatmaker, Sarah Hatmaker, Nathan Pettit and Courtney Pettit; great-granddaughter, Kendall Mills; sister, Dorothy Rodgers; and several nephews. Receiving of friends will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2013 at Farrar Funeral Home. Following the visitation, graveside interment service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Pollard Cemetery with Rev. Sherri Franklin officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Clarence to McCampbell?s Chapel United Methodist Church, 1984 W. Hwy 25, New Market, TN 37820.
