Christopher John Mynuk

Christopher John Mynuk, age 58, of Talbott, TN, passed away on March 5, 2020 after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. Chris was a devoted husband and loving father who enjoyed spending time with his family. Chris, an HVAC technician employed with The Cherokee Group in Sevierville, TN, was an incredibly talented individual skilled in many trades who found great satisfaction in helping others through his work. Chris was born October 13, 1961 to parents John and Sharon Mynuk of Claymont, DE. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Stacy “Cox” Mynuk; children, Hannah and Eli Mynuk of Talbott, TN and Vincent and Victoria Mynuk of Newark, DE; parents, John and Sharon Mynuk of Claymont, DE; sister, Stephanie Ford of Swoyersville, PA; brother, Nicholas Mynuk of Bradford, RI; aunts, Karen Dougherty and Sr. Miriam Francis RSM; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents, and brother Andrew Mynuk of Claymont, DE. Services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, of which Chris has been a member for more than 20 years.
