CHRISTINE ODOM CAMPBELL, age 98, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018. She was a member of Magna View Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and active in other church activities, as well as many other civic organizations. She was at one time Morristown’s First Mother. Preceded in death by husband, Edgar Scott Campbell; and sisters, Ruth Walker and Grace Brady. Survived by daughter, Carole Overholt (Dr. Robert); sons, Norman Campbell and Dean Campbell (Jeanie); grandchildren, Dr. Mark Overholt (Meredith) and Dr. John Overholt (Martha); great-grandchildren, Mary Carole, Cameron, Audrey and Clay Overholt; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home with Bernard Bull officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
