Charlotte Anne Sexton

Charlotte A. Sexton, age 83 of Morristown, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Born October 15, 1932 in Knox Co to the late Fred and Lila Moyers, she was raised in Gatlinburg, TN. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church in Morristown and a LPN for 27 years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, James E. Sexton, her parents, Fred and Lila Moyers, brothers, Joe E. Moyers, Paul A. Moyers, step-son, Dr. James David Sexton. She is survived by her brother, Gerald (Edith) Moyers, sisters-in-law, Ola Moyers and Blanche Moyers both of Gatlinburg, 2 nieces and 3 nephews, step-children, Janice Thompson, Sherry (Tom) Lively and Robert Sexton all of Lenoir City also several friends. Family will receive friends on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 1-2:00pm with the Funeral Service to follow at 2:00pm in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine, with the Rev. Ben Whited and Rev. Todd Gabbard officiating. Graveside Interment Service will follow in White Pine Cemetery. The family has request that In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations be made to Children’s Hospital in Knoxville.
