Charlotte J. Horner

Born May 26, 1931 to Charles and Nellie Smith has passed away at the age of 93 on June 25, 2024.

Charlotte loved her family, her friends, her church and Jesus. She enjoyed taking care of people and helping where she could. She was a faithful member of Cedar Hill Church of God.

Charlotte is proceeded in death by her loving husband ,William (Bunt) Horner; daughter, Rebecca (Becky) Colman; sons, Danny G Scoles and William (Larry) Horner.

Charlotte is survived by her son Charles (Butch) Harless; daughters, Brenda Cobb and Tammy Cobb; and adopted daughter, Linda Ahl. She also is survived by 10 grandchildren, Tina Horner, Marla Hershberger, Jesse Meyers, Nellie Harless, Kelly Coleman, Mandy McGuyer, Billy Horner, Steven Cobb, Melinda Patrick and Gary Patrick; plus many great and great great grandchildren. The family would like to give a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Jefferson Park at Dandridge for the exceptional care over the last four years.

A graveside service will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery, Talbott, TN Friday, June 28, 2024 at 2:00p.m. with Reverend Joe Cole officiating.
