Charles Daniel "Todd" Fisher

CHARLES DANIEL ?TODD? FISHER, SR., born June 21, 1928 near White Pine, TN to Vaughn L. Fisher and Alphia M. Winstead Fisher, passed away on December 27, 2008 at the age of 80 in Knoxville, TN. He grew up on the family farm near White Pine, TN and later moved to Lamar, Colorado, where he owned and operated several service stations and restaurants. He moved back to the Strawberry Plains, TN area in 1992. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Vaughn L. Fisher, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Peggy, of the home; son, Charles Daniel Fisher, Jr. of Knoxville, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Tim and Jane Brazeal of Maryville, TN; five grandchildren, Charles Ballard of Maryville, TN, Toby Ballard of Amarillo, TX, Cory Ballard of Amarillo, TX, Josh Ballard and wife, Jennifer of Hemphill, TX, Sheree Ballard of Maryville, TN; six great-grandchildren; six sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law; many nieces, nephews and other family members and numerous friends. He will be sadly missed by all. A time of sharing and a celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2009 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with the family receiving friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service.
