Charles W. "Bill" Martin age 76 of Morristown, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 as a result of an accident. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Irene Martin, and sister, Ann Stallings. He was a member of Wooddale Freewill Baptist Church. He was the owner/operator of HeeHaw Auto Salvage in Morristown and worked at ASARCO Mines in Mascot for 15 years. He was a wonderful man that loved life and was loved by many, and was the jokester of the family. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Martin, daughter, Tonya Micah (Mark) Sherard, brother, Bob (Kay) Martin, step-children, Shannon Burchett, and Sherri Bradley, grandchildren, Devan Burchett, Courtney Faith Burchett, dog, "Bandit", several nieces and nephews and many special friends, brother and sister in law, Danny and Robin Hurst, brothers in law, Claude Wilder, Jr., and Robert Stallings, and special friend, Joe Rich. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry DeZearn and Rev. Justin Terrell officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2016 for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service at Pleasant Grove Piney Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
