Charles E. "Latch Eye" Morgan

Charles E. ?Latch Eye? Morgan, age 65, of Jefferson City, TN passed away suddenly Monday, October 17, 2011 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired Federal Mine Inspector with 24 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Allie Morgan; one sister, and two brothers. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jeanie and Andy Beltz of New Market, TN; son, Charles Anthony ?Tony? Morgan of San Francisco, CA; son and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Renee Morgan of Jefferson City, TN; grandchildren, Brittany Beltz, Tony Beltz, Brianna Beltz, Kennedy Morgan, and Dalton Morgan; brothers, Lawrence Morgan of Tazewell, TN, Doyal (Pam) Morgan of Murfreesboro, TN; several nieces and nephews; and former wife and dear friend, Dorothy Kimbrough of Jefferson City, TN. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. George Miller and Rev. Justin Walker officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2011 at Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
