CHARLES J. “Charlie” RAY, age 54 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday evening, August 14, 2013. Preceded in death by his parents, James “Hotshot” Ray and Mallie Rollins Ray. He is survived by his children, Sherry Moore, Charles Adam Junior Ray, Jeremy Ray, Carrie Ray and Charles James Ray; 14 grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Pruitt, Frances Parton, Shelia Swanger and Nancy Osborne, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services, Sunday, August 18, 2013, 7:30pm at Farrar Funeral Home Dandridge Chapel. Interment graveside services, Monday, 11:00am at Seven Islands Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.
