Charles Leonard Berry

Charles Leonard Berry, was born September 10, 1943 in Dandridge, TN to Josephine White and Atchley Berry. He was raised by his grandparents Ella (Branner) and Charlie Berry. He departed this life on September 24, 2018 at the age of 75. He was an employee for 40 years at American Enka (BASF). He operated his own mowing service and was a part time janitor until his health began to fail. He enjoyed going fishing with his long time friend Hambone. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ella and Charlie Berry, parents, Josephine and William Sr, (Shorty) Taylor, brother William Jr, (Frooty) Taylor. He is survived by his daughters, Angela Smith of Petersville, VA, Regina Parkey (Berry) of Morristown, TN, son, Ricky Berry of Morristown, TN 2 grandsons, Jarek Berry and Jemill Graham and 1 granddaughter Amber Berry, 3 sisters, Gail Taylor, Linda Moor and Pam Taylor. Several nieces, nephews, family and friends. Devoted friends, Ricky, Darryl, Calvin and Cousin Kenny. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018, 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mike Branner and Pastor David Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2:00pm prior to the service.
