Celeste Ray Swagerty

CELESTE RAY SWAGERTY, born August 3, 1945, passed away at Lifecare Center of Jefferson City on February 25, 2020 at 6:15 p.m. She was preceded in death by husband, David Swagerty; mother, Vera Ray Curberson; father, Clyde Curberson; brother, Chester Peake. Survivors include brothers and sisters, Sanford (Chris) Cuberson of Morristown, Albert Curberson of Morristown, Harold Cuberson of Jefferson City, Cynthia Branner of Jefferson City, Clyde “Randy” Curberson of Jefferson City, Jeffrey Cuberson of Dandridge, Della Brown of Jefferson City, Lisa Curberson of Morristown, Angela (Tommy) Ledford (Tommy) of Jefferson City; aunt, Geraldine (Carl) Dockery of Dandridge; uncle, Walter (Joann) Ray of Dandridge; special friend, Charles “Soul” Branner; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with Rev. Donna Branner officiating.
