Cecil Strange

Cecil Strange, formerly of Morristown, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Jefferson Park in Dandridge. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Morristown and retired from Volunteer Blind Industries. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Dulcie Strange; parents, Carl and Daisy Strange; brothers, Colbert and Warren Strange; sisters, Mary Huiting, Martha Loveday and Bernice Hall. He is survived by his sisters, Delores Williams and Gladys (Bill) Sellars, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family, special friends, Joe Worley, Debbie Rodgers and Allen Greenburg. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Smoky Mountain Hospice and to all the staff at Jefferson Park in Dandridge for all the special care that Cecil received. The family will receive friends from 5-6:00pm on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge, funeral service will follow at 6:00pm with the Rev. Ross Woody and Allen Greenburg officiating. Cecil will be laid to rest next to the love of his life, Dulcie in a private ceremony at Dandridge Memorial Gardens. The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers Memorial Donations be made to Volunteer Blind Industries, 758 W. Morris Blvd, Morristown, TN 37813.
