Cecil W. Bailey

Cecil W. Bailey, age 78, of Morristown, TN passed away 6:15 p.m. Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was a member of Alpha Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Will and Louella Bailey; sisters, Jane Miller and Irene Upchurch. He is survived by loving wife of 53 years, Mary Ann Bailey; son, Russell (Molly) Bailey; and daughter, Pamela (John) Fassler, all of Morristown; grandchildren, Bailey, Patrick, Drew, Erin and Samuel; brother, Gary Bailey; sister, Nila Faulkner, both of Dayton, OH; Several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Alpha Baptist Church with Dr. Terry Kirby officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Friday, February 13, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. The family will receive friends 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the church.
