Carolyn Jane Williams

CAROLYN DYER WILLIAMS, age 59, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022.  She was a member of Rutledge Pike Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Sammie and Jeanette Dyer, brothers, Jeff, Wayne, and Ricky Dyer. Survived by her husband of 37 years, Billy Williams; daughters, Tiffany McLemore Thomas, Alicia Turner Whaley, and Angel Desteny Miller; sisters, Deborah Dyer (Stanley Bansky), and Kim Ellis (Eddie); grandsons, Jeffrey and Jacob Carter, and Bryson Whaley; granddaughters, Katelyn Coward and Jayden Allen; aunt, Mary Lou Lord; several special nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 17 at Rutledge Pike Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Dustyn Copeland and Bryan Lord officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Friday morning at Thorngrove Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey and Jacob Carter, Preston and Cody Dyer, Dustin and Dylan Ellis, Chris Miller and Mike Hurst.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Farrar Funeral Home.
