Carolyn Hall McFalls, 74, of Dandridge, Tennessee passed away peacefully March 11th, surrounded by her family. Carolyn, or “Gran” to those closest to her, grew up in Newport, Tennessee. Gran was a lifelong Baptist and member of Grace Baptist Church of Dandridge. She devoted her life to her family. Gran had an infectious smile and a heart of pure gold. She was the kindest, most humble, generous lady on the planet. Gran had an incredible sense of humor and she always saw the good in people and situations. She loved big, but there was nothing she loved more than her precious grandbabies Anna and Olivia. She is proceeded in death by her husband of 35 years James McFalls “Jim”, parents: Paris and Lola Hall, brother James Herman “Cricket” Hall and her beloved sister Corarena “Nenie” Hall. Gran is survived by her daughter Melissa Martin and husband Joe. Granddaughters, Olivia Martin Clark and husband Steed, Anna Martin and Dominick Ciletti. Gran is also survived by her siblings, Oscar “Sambo” Hall and Martha “Markie” Smith, sister-in-law Ann Branstetter, loving niece Tammy Woods and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 13 at 2:00 pm at the Hall Cemetery (379 Friendship Road Newport, TN). Pastor and lifelong friend, Carl Bryan will be officiating.
