Carolyn "June" Gray

Carolyn "June" Gray died in White Pine, TN on December 16, 2017. She was loved and known by everyone who met her as simply, "Mom." June was born in Dothan, AL on November 14, 1933, to Albert Shelton Kirkland and Carie Willulah Culpepper Kirkland. Her sisters are Gail Hampy (Ponce Inlet) and Bettye Blackmon (deceased). She is survived by all six of her children, Gwen (Jonathan) Shirley, Leslie (Linda) Freitag, Gary (Carol) Freitag, Lucinda (Brad) Hicks, Larry (Sarah) Freitag, and Rusty Freitag. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her laughter, generosity and good cookin'. MamaJune loved the Lord with all her heart and used her piano and organ talents to praise Him with song.
