Carmen Rinehart Davis, age 51, of Morristown, TN passed away at her home on Friday, October 9, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. She was a member of Leadvale Baptist Church, and was a born again Christian at an early age. Carmen was a long time employee of Howmet, where she was the manager of Advanced Technology. She was an Advocate for the American Cancer Society, a local farmer and avid cyclist. She enjoyed scuba diving and watersports. She was a loving wife, sister and best friend and she was loyal and kind to all she met. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Pauline Rinehart; and brother, Gary Rinehart. Survivors include her loving husband and companion of 34 years, Gaines M. Davis; sister, Sherry Price; niece, Kristin (Jerry) Craft; and nephew, Matthew (Lindsey) Price; great nieces, Kelsi Craft and Karley Craft; great nephews, Kameron Craft, Anthony Price, Aiden Price and Adrian Price; also special great nephew and little buddy, Carson Craft; aunts, Pat Rinehart and Maxine Rinehart; uncle, Claude Rinehart; special friends, Jocelyn Wolfe, Sandy Halford and Tammy Anderson; also several other friends, cousins and other family members way too numerous to name. The family would like to express a Special Thank You to Dr. Ward Phillips and Dr. Susan Newman for giving excellent care and support. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2015, 4:00pm at Leadvale Baptist Church with the Rev. Charlie Harkleroad and Rev. Charles Robison officiating. Family will receive friends from 1-4:00pm prior to the funeral service. Graveside Interment will be held on Monday, October 12, 2015, 11:00am in Resthaven Memorial Gardens , Dandridge. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Carmen’s name be made to Leadvale Baptist Church Building Fund, 874 Leadvale Church Rd, White Pine, TN 37890
