Carl E. Woods, Jr. age 83 of Jefferson City, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 at his residence. He is preceded in death by Wife: Louise Woods and a Member of Mansfield Gap Baptist Church. He is survived by Sons: Stephen and Mark Woods. Granddaughter: Victoria Rose Woods, Sister: Hattie Smith and several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Avery Turley officiating and Military Honor by VFW Post # 2566.
