He was a member of a Primitive Baptist Church and was a retired coal miner with Bethlehem Steel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Martha Ramey Justice; brothers, Gene, Charles and Harold Dean Justice. Survived by wife, Patty Scott Justice; son, Charles Clayton Justice; grandson, Dylan Justice; brothers, J. D. Justice, Bobby Ray Justice; sisters, Alberta Bowen and Lorena Lamb. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2006 at the Farrar Dandridge Chapel with Reverend Danny Belcher and Reverend Tony Bentley officiating. Graveside interment service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 24, 2006 at Hillcrest Cemetery.
