CAN POTTER, age 89, of Dandridge, TN passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 following a brief illness. He attended the Dandridge Full Gospel Ministries Church and was a retired coal miner with Elkhorn Coal Co. Preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Jean Potter; son Lonnie Potter; grandson, Joe Holmes, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Holmes of White Pine; step-daughter, Wilma Hagy of Coeburn, VA; grandchildren, Durhonda Bonds, Justin Potter, Loni Potter and McKinley Paige Potter; step-grandchildren, LaDonna Arquette and Roger Hagy, Jr.; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 step great-grandson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 30, 2016, 11:00am at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Troy Duncan officiating. Interment to follow at Dandridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday and Friday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00pm at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE
