Burla Faye Welch

Burla Faye Welch, age 79 of Talbott, TN passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at Jefferson City Health and Rehab. Preceded in death by parents, Lee and Liza Welch; twin sister, Mae Welch; aunts and uncle, Minnie Welch, Maude Lowe and Orbin and Ellen Ingram, and many more family members. She was of the Baptist faith. Survived by uncle, Jack Welch, and several cousins. Special thank you to Jefferson City Health and Rehab for their love and support.
