OBITUARY: BRITTANY CHANTELE BROOKS, age 1 year, passed away Monday, June 23, 2008 at Children's Hospital. Preceded in death by grandmother, Angela Vannatter; great-grandmother, Mildred Rymer; and uncle, Rocky Rymer. Survived by parents, Timmy and Mindy Brooks; brother, Braden Brooks; and twin sister, Bridget Brooks; paternal grandparents, Kathy Newman of Jefferson City; maternal grandparents, James and Amanda Vesser of New Market; maternal step-grandfather, Joe Vannatter; paternal grandfather, Timmy Brooks, Sr. of Jefferson City; maternal great-grandparents, Allen and Linda Lampkin; paternal great-great-grandmother, Louise West; maternal great-great grandmothers, Bernice McCarter, all of Jefferson City and Judy Wright of New Market; several cousins and aunts. Graveside funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Reverend Bill Acuff officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 25, 2008 from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.
