Bradford Riley Mason, 24, of White Pine, TN, passed away unexpectedly June 21, 2017. He was born February 23, 1993, in Morristown, TN, the son of Tim Mason and Shaunda Conley. A graduate of Jefferson County High School, Brad was a member of the Patriot football team, where Coach Joey Wood had a huge impact on his life.
Brad was a resident of the Mend House of Knoxville, TN, where he impacted many people’s lives with his brutal honesty, beautiful smile, and open, accepting heart. The type of friend everyone should aspire to be, Brad left his mark on this world. It is easy for one to see that his purpose in life was to influence and encourage everyone with whom he came in contact, and in his father’s words, “He was a champ.”
Brad is preceded in death by his grandmother, Deloris Mason.
Brad is survived by his fiancée, Courtney Luttrell; parents, Tim Mason and Shaunda Conley; siblings, Nick Mason, Courtney Mason, Joshua Ivy, Garrison Dube, Isaiah Mason, Rope Conley, and Riggin Conley; grandparents, Curtis “Papaw” Mason, Joe and Donna Gail Ivy; aunts and uncles, Luke and Kristin “Keek” Holland, Tracy and Terri Ivy, Melvin and Kim Whitt, Curtis “Chip” and Jessie Mason; and many cousins and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017, 7:00pm at Mt Vale Church of God, with the Rev. TH Ferrell officiating, family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm prior to the funeral service. Graveside Interment will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, 11:00am in White Pine Cemetery with Reico Hopewell, Allen Hinton, Walter Simpson, Lucas Cradic, Drew Starnes and Austin Huck serving as Pallbearers.
