Bobby Joe Welch

Bobby Joe Welch, age 77, of Talbott, TN passed away Wednesday, June 05, 2013. Preceded in death by son, Ricky Lynn Welch; mother and father, Andrew and Nola Welch; brother, Lee Welch; sisters, Stella Eller, Lydia Woods, Zelma Walker and Martha Welch. He attended Mt. Vale Church of God. Survived by wife, Jennie Welch; brother, Jack Welch; special nephew, Carroll Walker; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013 at Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City with Rev. T. H. Ferrell and Rev. Phillip Ruth officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 10:00 a.m. graveside service.
