(EDDIE/BIRD), age 42, of Dandridge, TN passed away suddenly, along with his wife, Dana, on Saturday, May 28, 2005 as the result of a motorcycle accident. Preceded in death by brother, Billy E. Gilliam; grandparents, Lillie and A. C. Hoffner, Minnie and Ephriam Bolden; step grandfather, Kalium Dishman. Survived by son, Justin David Hoffner and Justin?s mother, Mary Cameron; mother and father, Pearl and Bobby Hoffner, Sr.; brothers, Jimmy Gilliam and Calvin (Tammy) Hoffner; sisters, Dee Dee Hoffner and Barbara Jean Baldwin; special aunts, Joyce Baker and Ruby Ogle; special uncles, Victor Baker and A. J. Hoffner, along with many more aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Roger Smith and Reverend Chuck Nicholeson officiating. Family and friends will gather at Jefferson Memorial Gardens on Thursday, June 2, 2005 for a 10:00 a.m. graveside interment service. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 prior to the funeral service and the family will also receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
