Blanche Cockrum

BLANCHE COCKRUM, age 86, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012. She was a member of Oakland Baptist Church in Grainger County and was owner and operator of Blanche?s Dress Shop in Jefferson City for 26 years. Preceded in death by parents, Guy and Lula Needham Cockrum. She is survived by sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Doug Skeen; niece, Connie Skeen McCleer; nephew, Mark Skeen; great-nephew, Gavin Scroggins. Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Stacey Lawson officiating.
