Billy Ray Taylor

BILLY RAY TAYLOR, age 73, of Dandridge, TN passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Tennova Turkey Creek Medical Center. He was a member of Central Heights Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Dewey and Norma Taylor; brothers, Dock, Jim, Bob and Roy; sister, Shirley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mont and Julia Ellis. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Louise Taylor; daughters, Lisa Hall (Will), and Tina Kibodeaux; grandchildren, Alexis Samples (Derek), Emily Hall, Taylor Kibodeaux and Karli Kibodeaux; brothers, Doug, Joe and Jerry; sisters, Judy and Kathy; and a host of other family and friends. Family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2023 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Gary Starr officiating. Graveside service will follow immediately at Hillcrest Cemetery.
