Billy Howard Swann

Billy Howard Swann, age 74, of Jefferson City, TN went home to be with the Lord Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville following a brief illness. He was a resident of Jefferson County Nursing Home, Dandridge, a friend to all who knew him and adored children as they always brought a smile to his face. He is survived by brother, Gene Swann and wife Janice; sisters, Linda Sue Collins and Patty Peters; and adoptive brother, David Swann, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by parents, Bill and Edna Swann and brother, Winston Swann. The family would like to say a very special thank you to the nurses and staff of Jefferson County Nursing Home for their extended care. Graveside funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Hills Union Cemetery with Rev. Tim Collins officiating.
