BILLY JOE RINES, age 57, of White Pine, TN passed away at his home on Tuesday morning, September 13, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. He is preceded in death by the grandparents that raised him, John and Rosa Rines of White Pine. Survived by his wife of 37 years, Connie Rines; two sons, William Scott (Sonya) Rines and Brian Keith (Barbie Colwell) Rines of White Pine; grandchildren, Micah Rines, Brittany Rines and Kaley Rines of White Pine; mother, Francis Stevenson of Bybee; brothers, James and David Bridges of Bybee; in-laws, Sue and Bill Hurst; many nieces, nephews and numerous friends at his work, Tuff Torq. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine with Rev. Henry Owens officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. prior to the service. Graveside interment service will be Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Coleman Cemetery.
