BERRY, age 77, of New Market, TN passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2008. She was a member of New Market United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, of 53 years, Clyde Berry; grandson, Jason; mother, Ruth S. Talley; father, Conley Romine; step-father, John Talley. She is survived by her daughter, Becky; and sons, John and Ernest; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sister and special brother-in-law, Ann and Donnie Acuff and several nieces, nephews and other relatives; special friends, Jr. Phipps, Jack and Earlene Hayes and "other son" David Porterfield. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Farrar Funeral Home with Reverend Franklin Wine, Reverend Sean Watson and Mr. David Porterfield officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Sunday at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 2:00 p.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening prior to the service.
