BILL F. TULLOCK, age 79, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was an active member of George Street United Methodist Church. He was the founder and director of Old Time Saturday for 23 years and a clogging instructor for 25 years, also director of Tennessee Foothill Cloggers for 25 years. He was former owner of Jefferson Monument Company and employee of Leeper Hardware. He retired from General Electric after 16 years. Preceded in death by his son, Kenny Tullock; parents, John and Nannie Fann; sister, Esther Wexler; brother, Johnny Tullock. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Trantham Tullock of Jefferson City; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Randy Quarles; granddaughters, Angela (Rick) Sands, Kelly (Thomas) Sanders and Kristi Quarles; great-grandchildren, Heather, Tiffany, Ivana, Reanna, Cole and Luke; great-great-grandchild, Mahala; twin sister, Betty (Curtis) Roberts and sister, Carolyn Sentell; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City with Reverend Steve Burkhart, Reverend Ginger Isom and Reverend Cheryl Caruso officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday morning at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for a 10:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service.
