William "Bill" Lee Allison

William Lee Allison “Bill”, age 77, formerly of Portsmouth OH, went to be with the Lord on April 25^th,2022 in Jefferson City, TN. Bill loved The Boy Scouts and served as a Boy Scout Master after graduating from Clay High School in 1963. Bill loved nature, being in The Smoky Mountains, and adored his horse, Kongo. Bill was a songwriter, musician, and talented ventriloquist. Bill loved to support charities with his many talents and worked hard to support his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene L. Allison Sr., and Ruth Morris Allison, his siblings: Eugene L. Allison Jr., Ralph Allison, Pauline Allison Bierley, and his first wife Betty Jo Allison.

Bill is survived by his wife Toni Allison; his children by Betty Jo Allison: Tamra Allison, Melinda (Jason) Jarrells, and Francie Hall; his second wife Gladys Allison, and their children: Christina (Miguel) Castro, Cheyenne (Charles-Adam) Rexrode, and Billie (Kaytlyn) Allison; his grandchildren: Ryan (Helen) Hayslip, Jessie (Tony) Lowry, Alisha (Chase) Robinson, Ashley Hall, Charlie (Catherine) Wellman, Kara (Nick) Gragg, Brandon Hall, Joshua (Sonja) Hall, Taylor Jarrells, Tyson Rickett, Tydus Rickett, Jessica Rickett, Isaac Rickett, Snow Rexrode, Ronin Rexrode, and Mia Castro; great-grandchildren: Orion Hayslip, Clayton Lowry, Alayna Lowry, Nolan Lowry, Mya Hall, Timothy Wellman, Chloe Wellman, Rainen Gragg, and Easton Gragg, step-son Jason Charles; and brother, David (Connie) Allison.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 29^th, 2022 at Farrar Funeral Home, in Jefferson City from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Pastor Roy Stell and Reverend Charles McKenzie will be officiating the ceremony, with music performed by Miguel Castro.
