Beulah (Bea) Huskey Sykes

BEULAH HUSKEY (BEA) SYKES, age 85, of New Market, TN went to her heavenly home on Sunday, April 14, 2014 at the Jefferson Co. Nursing Home following a lengthy illness. She was born April 25, 1928, the daughter of the late Arvin and Bessie Huskey. Preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Roy Sykes; son, Tim Sykes; brothers, James (Ralph) and Emert Huskey; sisters, Hazel Shelton and Allene Buchanan. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Tedda) and husband, Jim DeBerry of Lenoir City, TN; daughter-in-law, Jean Sykes of Texas; grandchildren, Jonathan DeBerry, Tiffany and Joey Sykes; great-grandchildren, Dylan Robert Daniels and Mason Roy Sykes; brothers, Clarence Huskey of New Market and Kenneth Huskey of Sevierville; sisters, Betty (Boyd) Roberts of Doyle, TN and Grace Loy of Knoxville, TN; sisters-in-law, Thelma Jones and Alice Sikes; special nieces, Pam Woods and Regina Hall; special nephews, Ricky, Randy and Jake Sikes and Brian Woods; special friend and caretaker, Ashley Lindsey, special friend, Mike Tirnetta and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial gifts be made to the Grace Community Church, P.O. Box 475, Kodak, TN 37764. Graveside funeral service will be Thursday, 2:00pm at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Josh Moore officiating.
