Betty Jane Williford

Betty Jane Williford, age 81, of White Pine, TN passed away at the University of Tennessee Medical Center on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in White Pine. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claudis and Mandy Fancher Shults; granddaughter, Amelia Christine Williford; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Fred Williford; children, Barbara (Roy) Rauls of Missouri, Freddy (Pam) Williford of White Pine, Rita (J.L.) Messer of Newport and Ina (John) Hudson of Texas; grandchildren, Amanda (Ronnie) Baker, Hanah Wheeling and John Christopher Hudson, all of Missouri, Andrew Hudson of Texas and Donnie (Jessica) Williford, of White Pine, eight great-grandchildren; sister, June Jenkins of Newport and brother; Claude Shults Jr. of Cosby; also several nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral service will be held at 7:00pm on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Calvary Baptist Church in White Pine. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00pm prior to the service with the Rev. William Bradley and Rev. Josh Spurgeon officiating. Graveside interment service will be on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 10:00am in French Broad Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
