BETTY KATHLEEN WICE, age 91, of Talbott, TN went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2024. She was a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. A very special loving mother and grandmother, she was a hard worker her entire life, and always made sure that her children went to church every Sunday. She was a CNA at Jefferson City Health and Rehab for 25 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Wice; son, Steven Wice; brothers, Carl, Charles, Clarence and Bobby; sisters, Irene, Thelma and Dorothy; and daughter-in-law, Betty Frances Wice. She is survived by her son, Randall Wice; daughter, Debra Forman (Les); grandchildren, Amanda Wice, Kristie Matthews (Joe), and Anna Forman; great-grandchildren, Briana (Cain), Aiden, Kaile, Addison and Jayce; sister, Alice Shelby; and several nieces and nephews. Special thank you to the staff of Charter Senior Living Facility, and special friend there, April for all her kindness during her stay at Charter Living. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lebanon Baptist Church, 7925 Greenbriar Road, Talbott, TN 37877; or to Charter Senior Living Facility, 550 Deer View Way, Jefferson City, TN 37760. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Farrar Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Charlie Brewer officiating. Family and friends will gather at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at Hamblen Memory Gardens for a 1:30 p.m. graveside service.
