Betty Ruth "Watkins" Fraley

Betty Ruth “Watkins” Fraley, age 75, of Morristown, TN and formerly of Jackson, KY, went to be with the Lord at 1:50 p.m. Sat. Feb. 25, 2017 at her residence following a lingering illness. She was surrounded by her family which was the love of her life. She was a Member of Mt. Vale Church of God. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and special aunt and friend to everyone. She is preceded in death by her parents, Kay and Hazel Watkins; brother, Marion Watkins; and sisters, Barbara Watkins and Mary Ann Pelfrey. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Troy M. Fraley; children, Sherry (Mike) Carpenter, Cathy (Lee) Bliss, Troy (Janice) Fraley and Renee (Patrick) Beeler; grandchildren, Bobbi (Shannon) Allen, Joey (Markita) Carpenter, Josh (Amy) McGaughey, Lakesha (Mark) Vannatter, T.C. (Heather) Fraley, Hannah Beeler and Logan Beeler; great grandchildren, Tristan, Kaiden, Kenadi, Luke, Landon, Dalton, Tanner and Hunter; sisters, Emma (Junior) Combs, Marie (Wade) Abrams, Linda (Alan) Wells, and Karen (Larry) Lockard; brothers, Paul Watkins, Donnie (Ruby) Watkins, Matt Watkins, Ricky Watkins and Johnny (Pam) Watkins; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Mt. Vale Church of God with Rev. T.H. Ferrell officiating. Interment to follow in Hills Union United Methodist Church cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Mt. Vale Church of God. Arrangements by Farrar Funeral Home, Jefferson City, TN.
