Betty Hollit Nichols

Betty Hollit Mullins Nichols, age 83 of Rutledge, passed away December 5, 2021 at Jefferson Park of Dandridge. Betty was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Morristown.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Hulda Hollit, husband, Fred Mullins, son, Bill Mullins, and sister, Wanda Jones.
Betty is survived by son, John (Jeannie Montgomery) Mullins, and daughter, Cheri Houston both of Visalia, CA., sisters, Margaret Jones of Rutledge and Kathy Smelcer of Dandridge, grandchildren, Angie Turner, Renee Curfman, Jennifer Cannon, Bill Mullins, and Jamie Mullins, great grandchildren, Chance and Bryce Turner, Ames Curfman, and Cole Cannon, and several nieces and nephews. Betty was a retired over the road truck driver honored for one million miles without an accident.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 12:00 noon at Grainger Memorial Gardens, Rutledge. Rev. James Williams and David Taylor will be officiating.
