Betty June Lewis Campbell

BETTY JUNE LEWIS CAMPBELL, age 65, of Jefferson City, TN went to heaven to be with Jesus Friday, February 5, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Jefferson City. She was a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a talented seamstress and she was a wonderful helpmate to her husband, Johnny. Preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Lewis and father, Clifford Lewis; brother, Clyde Lewis and sister, Edna Holdway. Survived by loving husband of 45 years, Johnny Campbell; daughter, Angela Campbell of Dallas, TX; son, Christopher Campbell of Johnson City, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Randall and Anna Campbell of New Market, TN; five grandsons and one great-grandson; sisters, Josie (Dee) Price of New Market and Ruth Watkins of Talbott; several nieces and nephews and special nieces, Debbie and Pam; and her loving companion, ?Socks? the cat; and also survived by Johnny's uncle, Earl Rimmer. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 8, 2010 at First United Methodist Church with Reverend Doug Wilder officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Family and friends will gather Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Farrar Funeral Home to proceed to Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
