JAMIESON, born January 23, 1924 in Atlanta, GA, passed away October 24, 2007 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. Betty was accompanied by her two children who comforted her and held her hands at the moment the Lord welcomed her home to heaven. She was preceded in death by husband, Joseph G. Jamieson and parents, W. Keith Phillips, Sr. and Marguerite Douglass Phillips of Coral Gables, FL. Survived by son, James P. (Deborah) Jamieson; daughter, B. J. (Glen) Ellington; grandchildren, Robert D. (Tracy) Hensman, Heather A. (Ryan) Kettrey, Meredith C. (Adam) Witt, Matthew S. Jamieson, Ian P. Jamieson and Trevor D. Jamieson; great grandchildren, Pandora Witt, Damion Witt, Krysten Hensman and Dustin Hensman; brothers, Marion Phillips, W. Keith Phillips, Jr. and Douglass M. Phillips.; special friend, Jean Morrison and her joking cohorts at the Grand Court and Plantation Park Elementary School. Memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2007 at Farrar Jefferson City chapel with Reverend Joel Ammons and Reverend Tim Parker officiating.
