Preceded in death by husband, Clifford T. Acuff. She is survived by daughters, Connie Acuff Miller of Jefferson City, TN and Claudia Acuff Simpson of South Carolina; son, Robert Gary Acuff of Texas; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; sisters, Lucy Teffeteller of Seymour, TN, Irene Sutton of Knoxville, TN and Reba Beckner of Knoxville, TN; half-sister, Nanny Hickle of Knoxville, TN; several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Asbury Cemetery with Reverend Larry Crouch officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
