Betty Ruth Cox Davis

Betty Ruth Cox Davis, age 72of Cosby, TN passed away at 8:05 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2003 at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital, following an extended illness. She was a member of Allen's Chapel Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, Lon and Tempie Cox. She is survived by her brother and sister in law, Glen and Carolyn Cox of Cosby; sister, Grace Brown of Jefferson City; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 2003 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Holifield and Rev. Carroll Burgin officiating. Interment to follow in Sunderland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.
