Betty Charlene Yarber Duck

BETTY CHARLENE YARBER DUCK, age 72, of Talbott, TN passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was a nurse for 44 years, spending most of her career at Morristown Hamblen Hospital, and was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by grandparents, Clyde and Dorothy Yarber; parents, Charles and Dorothy Yarber; brothers, Jimmy and Marvin Yarber. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kenneth Duck; daughters, Kimberly Sexton (Shane), and Jennifer Wilder, (Tim); grandchildren, Kelly Diane and Kenneth (KJ) Wilder; brother, Dale Yarber; sister, Elaine Wester; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, September 18, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Bryan Wyke officiating. Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday morning at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
