Belva Ruth Covington

BELVA RUTH COVINGTON, age 73, of Dandridge, TN passed on June 10, 2020 at her home. She was an extremely outgoing, loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to spend her time fishing, camping, watching cooking shows and The Days of Our Lives. Preceded in death by her parents Samuel A. Blair and Stella Ford Blair; four brothers; one sister; and daughters Jackie Faye and Shirley Jean. Survived by her husband William (Buzz) Covington; children, Sherry and Scott Braswell, Beth and Rick Fritz, Travis and Kathy Covington, Lee and Kelly Covington, Nicole and Richard Williams; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The body will lie in state Sunday, June 14, 2020 at1:00-4:00PM at Farrar Funeral Home, Dandridge, TN. A graveside service will be held Monday June 15, 2020 at 1:00PM with Rev. Mark Covington officiating, family will gather at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge at 12:15pm to proceed to Fain Cemetery.
