Belinda Lenora Lowe

Belinda Lenora Lowe (Special Daughter), age 55 of Jefferson City, TN, passed away at 12:35 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016 at Select Specialty of Fort Sanders following a brief illness. She was of the Baptist Faith. She is preceded in death by her special dad, Cicero Sane, grandparents, Henry and Lenora Lowe, and grandmother, Jennie Vee Collins. She is survived by her loving mother, Betty Ruth Sane, father, Dewey Lowe, several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends, and caregiver for the past 4 years, Paula Sprindlin. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 1, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Collins, Lester Bell, and Barry Bell officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.
