Beatrice Lee Shoemaker Beal, age 62 of Kathy Drive, Kodak, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2002, following a brief illness. She was a member of the Pratts Chapel Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late James E. and Martha Whaley Shoemaker and was preceded in death by grandson, Michael Bradley Beal. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Beal of Kodak; daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Lee Breeden of Kodak, Tracy and Ray Workman of Dandridge; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey and Karen Beal, Robert Beal, Freddie and Lisa Beal and Carroll and Kim Beal; grandchildren, Josh, Brittney, Nicholas, Tiffany, Kendall, Cassie, Aaron, Dakota, Brandon and Kaitlynn Beal and Cody Lee Breeden; sisters, Edna Bass, Pauline Gray and Gwen Hollifield; and brother, Edward Shoemaker. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2002 from the Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Jefferson City with Reverend Jim Dockins and Reverend Jack Oglesby officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 25, 2002 at the funeral home to proceed to Pollard Cemetery in Sevier County for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service. Pallbearers will be Mike Shoemaker, Mark Shoemaker, Matthew Shoemaker, Josh Beal, Jerry Beal, J. J. Breeden, and Jim Lozier.
