She was an avid country music fan, skilled gardener, seamstress, and was retired from North American Phillips. Preceded in death by her parents, Kelly and Maude Caldwell; and husbands, Roy Feagins and Price Winstead. Bea is survived by sons, Dan Feagins and wife, Stephanie of Kingsport, TN, and Dennis Feagins; very special companion, Glenn McDaniel and special caregiver, Cathy Wilson; one sister, Audrey Hansard (Hobart); brothers, Lester, Conner (Joyce), and Jerry (Reta) Caldwell; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her wonderful neighbors in Rolling Acres. Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from the Farrar Jefferson City Chapel with Reverend Michael Culbertson officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:30p.m until 6:00 p.m. prior to the Memorial Service. Ashes will be spread at a later date.
