Barbara J. Kemppainen

BARBARA J. KEMPPAINEN, age 75, of Talbott, TN passed away on October 17, 2016 at Parkwest Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Dora Waters. She graduated from National Mine High School in National Mine, MI, and was of the Episcopal faith. She is survived by her husband, John Kemppainen; children, Richard Kemppainen of Talbott, TN, and Robert Kemppainen (Allison) of Arnold, MD; brother, Robert Waters (Kathy) of Ishpeming, MI, and Bradley Waters of Ishpeming, MI; sister, Julie Waters of Laurel, MD; and several nieces and nephews.
