Barbara Jean "Mamaw Doodle" Hazelwood Moore

Barbara Jean “Mamaw Doodle” Hazelwood Moore, age 76, of Talbott, TN passed away Friday, May 8, 2015 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was saved at an early age at her home place. She was a charter member at Sartain Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Moore; sisters, Peggy Hurst and Bea Rogers; parents, Ray and Gertie Hazelwood; and stepmother, Willie. She leaves behind her children, Rick Moore, Dennis (Paula) Moore, and Lisa (Tony) Lowe; grandchildren, Samuel (Danna) Moore, Sara Moore, and Tamara (Michael) Estes; great grandchildren that she adored, Ellie and Axton Estes, and Mason Moore. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Sartain Springs Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Ronald Winstead, Rev. Jim Campbell, and Rev. Roger Porter officiating. Graveside service will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home.
