Barbara Diane Bowling Bryant

BARBARA DIANE BOWLING BRYANT, age 63, of Knoxville, TN passed away Saturday evening, July 16, 2011 as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, the daughter of the late Ishamel and Louetta (Cheek) Bowling. Diane was of the Baptist faith and will be remembered as a loving caregiver to her family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Bryant, Sr., and brother, Dennis Bowling. She is survived by her sons, Ernie Bryant and Rocky (Shari) Bryant; sister, Denise Bowling Houser; brother, Danny (Toni) Bowling; seven grandchildren and four nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Mynatt Funeral Home Chapel in Fountain City with Rev. Michael Clore officiating. Interment graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home prior to the service.
