ANNIE HOWARD, age 72, of Newport, TN went peacefully home with the Lord on June 29, 2019.She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Williams Howard; father, Dave Howard; brothers, Bobby and J. D. Howard; and granddaughter, Erica Ray. She is survived by he son, Freddie Ray of Rutledge; daughter, Angie Ray of the home; brother, Jeff Howard (Lainey) of Johnson City; step-mother, Dorothy Howard of Newport; grandchildren, Cory Lewis (Julie Raleigh) of Morristown, Mackynnley Tipton (Jeremy Sartain) of White Pine; Kasi (Skylar) Richardson of Oklahoma, Jeremiah Ray (Elizabeth) of Whitesburg, Bailey Tipton and Kheyndelle Tipton of the home; great-grandchildren, Grayson, Mayson and Kayson Tipton, Tristan and Jack Richardson; sister-in-law, Duretha Howard; several nieces and nephews; special lifelong friend, Frances Strange of White Pine; and a host of wonderful friends.
